Another Monark

A customer brought this in today. They want it resto'ed. Looking for a little info. Year/model?

I brushed off a little gunk and paint to get a serial # not sure if its correct but here's what I think I've got

also. I think it may have been repaired near the BB at some point. Looks like there is a pretty wide weld that looks almost like an old stick weld

Factory or no?

I'm no Monark expert but it kind of looks original to me. I think that style of chainguard was from the late 40's. Gary
