Those are some fierce wheels you put together! Thin spokes with fat rims tend to look flimsy. Marathons are very durable. Keep a set just for riding city. Interesting seating. Kind of curious how you would ride it. Pretty sure you're not intending to go slow, although a flipped springer will cause finicky steering.

Low is the way to go.
@hamppea nailed it on the flipped springer!
it’s funny how your perspectives change. Ever since I found this web site back in 2008 I always wanted a beehive fork flipped with the tire way out front. I sure do like the look. But as @hamppea said the steering is going to be a little finicky and I do ride my bikes as fast and often as I can. Also there is a clearance issue with the Roller Brake with the fork Stretched stretched out. And honestly I think I like the stock position of the fork on this bike. Looks more quick and race bike like to me.
Still lots to do this weekend.. some mostly random photos
More to come as it comes together
Thanks for looking. Everyone is doing some killer bikes.

I prefer the beehive in it's proper position. I have always liked the way to spring legs and fork legs cross over at the rockers. I like that color choice too. GTB! See you on the other side!

Those bars threw me for a moment. I was trying to figure out how you modified the springer fork and then I saw they were handlebars. :D

I like the lights. You need to find a way to add a fender that looks like a tongue.

Decided to pass on the lights for this build. Just are to big for the handlebars.
I did “weave” the bars into the springer I really like the look how the beehive is front and center and brings the bars back far enough to reach them.;)
I got the seat officially mounted, Had to set It about a inch and a half higher then I wanted but need the tire clearance. Also got the reflective strip pulled off the tires and a little black sharpie on the glue left behind. Still need to Sharpie non drive side. I do like how aggressive the tires look. I’m going to leave those sissy bar tabs on the seat for now. Hope to do a little something with those later.
ok time to get done! Thanks again for looking!

I love the way the bars frame the beehive. It wasn't until the 3rd or 4th pic that I realized there was a cross bar on the handlebars. Very cool how that all fits together.

Alright going to throw some pedals on in the morning and get some shots in the day light.then post in Finished section. Bike is ridable and over all I’m happy with how it looks. Going to be fine tuning this one over the next few weeks.
