3 speed coaster hub for 135mm spacing

I have a bianchi milano that I want to rod. Anyone have an idea of where to get a 3 speed coaster hub and a trigger type shifter,(I can't stand twist shifts) with 135mm spacing, or can any 120mm hub be spaced wider?

Check with your local bike shops - they very often can order in what you need if it's not in stock.
