I just recently finished my Laguna bmx project and they are great riding bikes, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
If anybody has any clues as to deciphering Laguna S/N's let me know. From what I understand, before 1980 they only produced a mild steel (ungusseted) version and in '80 started making a cro-mo (gusseted) version, but continued producing the mild steel version. So guessing the year (post/pre 80) based on the gusset is a crap shoot.
