Nice frame.
It looks like it might be a Westfield built?
Would a "B" serial number date it into 1920's?
Is it for size 28" x 1.5" (wood/clad) wheels?
Is the fork thread 24 tpi or 26 tpi?
 
Not sure about the date of the bike Phil, but I'm pretty sure it's a 28" wheel bicycle and threads are 24 tpi. I wish I could tell you more. I put a 26" wheel on and have a lot of extra space.
