1920's Hawthorne Flyer ?

I found this bike on Facebook July 4th. I believe it might be a 1920's Hawthorne Flyer from some posts here. There is red paint under the blue and silver paint. Forks turn good. Sprocket turns good as do the wheels. Front rim is rusted through. Back rim is complete but the wood inside is rotting in places. The rims are approximately 25 inches across so I guess they are 28 inch wheels Seat still has the leather cover but it is shot. Has the front fender but not the rear one. It came out of a fallen down 2 story barn. I wasn't at the barn so I couldn't check for more parts. Let me know what I have.

late 20's early 30's.

get some 700c rims and build a set of wheel, tune it up and ride it like you stole it.

they are smooth riding bikes. Here is my 27 Hawthorne Trail Blazer.
