Found this pic of me on a 16" muscle bike. The headbadge was diamond shaped with a black round logo. I know the pic is summer 1970 and the bike was brand new. Thought it might be fun to recreate this bike for my grandson....Any ideas what it is?

Pretty certain it's a Ross Jr Barracuda, but Ross (Chain Bike Co out of NY) made bikes for other brand names.
I built a little rat a few years ago out of a Ross girls' 20" bike that's from this family of bikes... and a friend down the street has a very similar bike to yours in the picture, but in green. Big wide bars, tall banana seat and all.
The chainguard front peak and the diamond headbadge say it was built by Ross, even if that one is perhaps a store brand, as was very common in those days.
