Yeah, they are cork grips from Rivendell Bike. About six coats of shellac, then glue them on with gasket adhesive.

The tires are 32mm. Could have easily fitted 35mm.

Now that the bike is back I measured the wheelbase. It is about 86cm (34 inches). A typical vintage Schwinn Panther is 91.5cm (36 inches)

One of the most beautiful Brooks saddles out there. I don't care if it is supposed to be a women's.
