eh what the heck, I started the build within the comp time limit so I'll throw this ratty little hat into the ring. the first pic is what it looked like when i got it (i didn't take pics so the pic is from the Schwinn site) I swapped out the grips and put a springer on it but decided i wanted a more aggressive look that the Triple tree provides, I painted it in my backyard using my high tech spray booth made from an old hockey net i found in the trash. had to cut the rear brake brackets off to fit the fat Nirve tires which ride smooth as heck I also had to put about a half inch of spacers in the crank so the chain would clear the tire. added some bullets onto the forks for a mad max feel and fuzzy leopard grips and bars off of a '72 Mustang cause I like to be comfy. The only thing left to change is the saddle which should be on by next week.

That's a nice change. Have you considered shortening the fork legs, maybe to the point where the top of the chainguard is level?

I did think about it, but I really like front end kick up. I built it for the longer rides with my club and it's more comfortable this way

Muscle bike build off starts Sept 1st. Sounds like a great entry for that if you like doing the build off deal.

I missed this build.
I like the jacked up look .
