Colson or Schwinn Double Curve

Which is it ? I am not sure , thinking it is a late 30's. Serial number looks to be G9 but then there is the EAC/FAC?

I'm going to say colson, but I'm not 100% sure. Any pics I found of the schwinns the don't have the ears built into the frame.

39 Colson. I believe the 'FAC' indicates Firestone badging. -Adam
