That and they are a lot easier to ride than the single speed cruisers.

I think the folks buying these at these prices have to be non-bike people. :wink:

Thats the only bike my wife loves to ride....I need to get one of hers done pronto !!!
 
maybe I should turn this back into the Cruiser 5 that its supposed to be!!!

I suppose it's because they were the last of the Chicago-built Schwinns. But I never could quite believe the prices they bring! That they're selling for more than original 60's Jags, Vettes, and Typhoons just makes my head spin.. ~Adam
 
all i have to say iw WHY the cruiser 5's, theyre great bikes but why wouldnt and older bike with a 5 speed positron set-up and hand brakes be worth the same :lol:

why are they so desirable ?
