Been sourcing parts for the banana to get it back stock correct. Not sure if I will go the full resto route but as it stands now I'm just putting it back together leaving original paint and chrome intact. This bike came with a yellow stingray seat and blown front tire. Still haven't cleaned her yet,I'm gonna get her mocked up and complete before I tear her back down for rust removal and cleaning. Parts I've sourced and purchased- Seat (wrong color but will be dye painted yellow),sissy bar(not here yet),old 16" whitewall(to match the front). Parts I need- grips,vista badge,brake lever.
Found out today my 3 speed hub's number 2 gear is toast. Its ride-able in 1st and 3rd but I'm gonna work on getting that hub squared away before the first real ride.
