Those rims are off the hook. How wide are they? What size tire?

The rims look like schwinn o.c.c. chopper rear rims...4 inches wide.
Looks like he re-laced a rear one with a front hub for the front.
as for the tires, I have no idea what they are because i have never seen any like that before

Those tires are thick bricks 26x2.35, it looks like . They look that way because they are stretching out to seat themselves on the wide rims.
