feedback for frogg's raty

got these rims n tires and thinkin of fitting them on my redrat...

sprayed the rims 'snowwhite' and on the bike i have an old (74) disk brake/3spd hub
a simple lace job ... but just not sure :{

wot do y'all think? would thay look good and be werth the time???
