Girls Monark FINISHED

Well this is the one bike left out of the 15 barn bikes that I decided to keep. This is what it looked like the night I brought it home.

Took off the little fenders & switched out the wheels & also found a tank for it.

Got some fenders, train light & rack for the bike. Now the next step is taking it all apart & getting it sand blasted.

I'm not sure how I'll do the design on the tank. I might just have stickers made.

Still have a few things to do like, sand & paint the tank, pedals, chain, chainguard but here it is so far

i cant wait too see what this bike looks like with the tank it looks good so far accept i think the light blends in to much with the front fender i think the whole fender should be blue or keep the fender with white on the edge and paint white edge on the back fender and paint the train light. blue with white stripes just my 2 cents

Yeah I agree with you about the color of the fender but don't really feel like taking it apart to paint, ha ha!!!! I might though.

Did a little more work on the Monark. Waiting for the chainguard, some decals & still have to find pedals.
