With the lack of respect that the girls bikes get, and the better odds on finding them for cheap, I've been looking up other builders ideas on sex change solutions.

I couldn't find a specific thread on the subject, so I thought that there should be one!

Since I don't have one of my own, I borrowed this fine example from 'gato'sbikes' to get things started...

Started out as a 26" girls:

Sectioned it down to a 20"(see tape lines) and made it a boys motobike.
Kid has long since outgrown it, but it hangs on the shop wall.
Just realized you can't really see the frame in the shot of him on it.
Heres the frame:
