Yes he is. His forum name is ind-chuckz. I'm not 100% but I think he waits for a few orders to build then he knocks them out. It takes a few days, but the product and price a well worth the wait. I will buy more from him in the future.

Re: Momma's Boy is CRANKED UP! 6-16

Postby bpellham on Sat Jun 16, 2012 6:26 pm

Been a week of dealing with issues that are not RRBBO related, so here is a quick photo update of what I did get done. From Porkchop BMX I got my hinged seatclamp and glow in the dark dice. (dice look the same color as frame in daylight).

I finally threw some Wally-Mart BMX cranks in it to.

I went to install my new quill stem and it it too big to fit inside the steerer tube .....AAAAAAHHHHHHHH! :x

I like the green color, I also had the same stem quill issue...you probably need a 13/16".

Look for a 21.1mm stem, I had the same issue with my Fatbelly Bobber build.
Not sure what look your thinking about, but...
Here's a 'Wald' style one.

Moved Momma's Boy back to the barn for some work. Hung the chain, installed the original pedals (not staying) old rusty 21.1 stem, new bars and 2 different sets of grips along with an old B-17 Brooks saddle. What do you folks think, black or white grips?

I like the style of the black ones, but the white works better aesthetically, for me anyways.

Honestly, both look great, so a 'WIN' either way.

Tough call on the grips, I could go either way... you planning a rear black wire rack to balance those front struts?

was pondering the use of the original rack in green and the support rods in black. By no means am I done, I have a ways to go before I call this DUN.

Those black handlebars with the black wheels and the black seat looks really dang good.

The rack in green might be pretty cool because it would tend to stretch the look of the frame.
I tried being serious, but it was boring.
