Chain for Morrow hub??

Postby pickle on Thu Jun 07, 2012 12:21 pm

So, I have a '40 CWC I've been gathering parts to build into a klunker. Just a few odds and ends and it's gonna be rolling :D. I can't figure out a chain for the thing. I have a 1/2" pitch cog on the 1941 morrow hub and a 1/2" x 1/8" chain is too small.
Help me out here :?

A pic would help, but based on what you said I would bet that if it isn't skiptooth then it is for 3/16" HD bike chain. Worksman uses them on their industrial trikes. You might contact ind-chuckz, he usually has an abundance of Worksman stuff.

Thanks UCB! I think 3/16" is the ticket. Here's a picture of the hub.

KMC 415H BMX chain can be had pretty cheap, but usually need 2 of them for a cruiser since they are sized for BMX bikes.

Ordered from these guys before, $7.95
