making tins from this range rover hood aluminum sheet metal

What did I do on memorial day. well I cut my tins and stripped the paint. i am going to strip the frame tomoorrow and start the polishing of the frame and the tins. going start my paint work as well on the forks headlamp and headlighamp mount. little body work heere and there wiring and somee other tid bits. The next challenge will be the chainguard.

started cuttin sheet metal for the chainguard. sheet metal came from a 95 jag doorskin.

Man, all of these car parts, maybe you should change the name to AutiZone Rat? :P

This is a fun build with some cool skillzzz.

thanks for the props. I have been pondering a different name. Its not as rat as i originally planned, but still futuristic. It has lots of jag parts and a couple ranger rover parts....

finished the headlight mount and added some green highlights.

cut out the chainguard and tacked it together. I had just enough of that jaguar door skin to do it.

ground the welds and the old red jaguar paint. next comes bodywork
