Sounds great, I just have been getting all my feedback here, not Facebook, so it was sounding kinda quiet! I was unsure until the last day or two if I could make it so I looked here to see what kind of chatter was happening.
So, Mr. Nickel, are you saying I should stay home to help with the crowd problem?

No!!! You would be an honored guest! We need you and your bikes there to help with the vintage bike showing. Looks like 60% of the bikes will be BMX!

Sounding pretty BMX heavy for a five hour drive. Nothing wrong with that, just not my thing in mass quantity.
So, other than Porkchop and Double Nickel, who is going that is representing the vintage cruiser segment of the bike world? Please chime in quick! I really am torn about making this trip now!

I'm not really understanding this logic. There are 14 categories to enter bikes in and only 5 of them are BMX specific. It seems like so many BMX bikes going to be there would mean you'd want to come out just to show everyone there are other kinds of bikes....

Had a gr8 time today at Ham Jam! Was pleasantly surprised today to win Best Rat Rod Bicycle! Looking forward to next year with two new bikes for my son and I to enter! -Michael

We had a great time! hopefully next year I'll have a few bikes to enter, and a little more spending money. Still regretting not being able to get the tandem with trike kit i saw.

My good buddy, Scott ended up buying the tandem with trike kit! His God Daughter begged him into it and I took in his kids Rat Rod trike with the crazy ape hangers on trade! His Rat Rod Kiddo Trike is sitting on display in my living room! An awesome piece! Perhaps I will add a seat post a few inches higher and make it rideable. Michael

The siren on your bike is just CRAZY! Tell your son, his chopper was a close second. It was great to meet you all.
