rat rod materialPicked this up on Friday. I believe it is a JC Higgins although it has Western Flyer grips on it. I'm thinking new tires and chain, repack or replace bearings throughout an d call it a finished ratrod.

Re: rat rod materialIt would look super cool with the crank and chain all polished up but everything else all rusty! How much did u pay for that anyway?!

Good deal. It doesn't matter what I paid for it, it matters what it's WORTH. I never buy anything I will regret KEEPING.

![]() ![]() ![]() Then on Monday I found #3. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The frame on old #1 appears to have been chrome ( or nickel?) plated.
Re: rat rod materialAwesome, yours has a different tank than my two. Mine are JC Higgins and sold by Sears still has the little Sears sticker on the head tube.
