1930's DaytonCame across this bike while looking for a bike for my sis. Says its a 1930's Dayton. I'm not familiar with these at all, so I'm wondering if it looks pretty original. The one thing that really stands out is the springer front end. Is this something some one made? Or is this somehow original? Thanks for your help guys. Just wanna know what I'm getting into.Mike

Re: 1930's DaytonI'm not a Dayton expert but it looks like a dayton springer to me
Re: 1930's DaytonMostly original. The handle bars, stem, and seat do not appear to be original though. Some of the red paint also looks to have been added by somebody not at the factory.
WTB: Columbia Roadster
Re: 1930's DaytonThanks for the info guys. I picked it up, along with a Roadmaster. I initially got this for my Sis, but now she doesn't want it. I hate to tear this apart, but I might just use parts to build up the 4bar I'm putting together for my GF.
