help with id'ing 1930's frame

hey guys this is my first post so bare with me i bought this frame after my last one was stolen and am trying to id it any help would be greatly appreciated it is brown and white with chain tensioners and the seat clamp is welded on also serial #is E94277 straight bar type i know that its a schwinn and was told its like a 36 or 37 the only problem im having is with the headbadge the mounting holes are on the sides not top to bottom i will try to put a link to a video i have on youtube so you guys can see it thanks again for any help <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Mrr1KBLhQKY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>i guess this is the link haha anyways its on youtube user name scarekr0w1 vintage schwinn frame
