Yes, valve stems are on the inside. I changed the offset on the front wheels to move them in away from the fenders, and changed the offset on the rear wheels to move them out closer to the fenders. The fronts are 4.5", and the rears are 5.5". When I did this, I turned the rims around to put the valve stems on the inside.
Thanks "ezernut9mm" actually tried to buy a truck like yours a while back , found a dude here in town that says he had 4 of them but he would'nt let go of one ! 
after lookin at numerous trucks ended up with the f-250 and love it ! here's a pic of my last ford "69" f-250 crew cab short bed sold it two years ago
