Turned out to be a nice day especially for January
Gary (xc204) and Rik (Oldgreaser) Made it out for the ride.

Taber's original 50 year old tire on the typhoon finally gave up


He decided to stay home for this ride. "Schwinn or nothing"

So Garret and I rode down to the Daily bar and grill
Met up with the Gary and Rik. Put Garret in charge of the camera. ( Lots of close ups )




















Had to stop at .... GROSS park


Had a real nice ride on the river front path total mileage about six miles
Stopped halfway for a coffee and hot chocolate.... Thanks Oldgreaser




Gary busted a brake strap... Good news we were close to my house, stopped off and made a quick repair in the basement so he could make the 7 mile ride back to the train

We're not in Chicago...but Linda and I can represent the Milwaukee Chapter I'm playing. We'd love to ride future cruises, but we gotta wait til our truck is fixed. Right now our bikes won't fit in our Civic
