monark super cruiser question

all the monarks of this time period has the bike shroud on the front. mine doesnt have this. is this because it was a firestone bike. is this the correct badge for this?

I don't think I have ever seen a head shroud on a Monark with a mono-springer, only the ones with the duo-springer. And even the Firestones with the duo-springer did not have shrouds.
