Re: Streched OCC chopper hooliganNice bike! I think that a 24" front tire is the way to go. But then again, that's just my opinion. Whichever would looks (and rides) better to you. But I like the way your fender looks!

Re: Streched OCC chopper hooligan@anticonformity I love the work you and your father are doing I know its a ton of welding and grinding,Great job!
Well I finished the wheels and tires I couldnt choose red or black so I flipped a coin and black won and im pleased with the way it looks...Still not sure how im doing the fender id like a full length tail dragger but nothing in the front so a shorty in the back would prabably fit the build better.I stuck with the 24" front wheel but it can always change...Thanks for all the intrest fellas and ladies Im lovin this site always something new to look at! ![]() ![]() Last edited by FatBoy on Sat Jun 09, 2012 1:55 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Re: Streched OCC chopper hooliganI like yer idea of putting those holes there!
My suggestion would be, first cut the hole(s), then, weld in a short section of tube and grind it flush. I bet you were already planning to do that weren’t ya? Lookin’ at those frames you cut up, you could use some of that oval tube instead of making round holes and you will have something even more unique. Now, please tell how you made the white walls, okay?
Re: Streched OCC chopper hooliganYou hit the nail on the head with the pieces of pipe thats excatly what I was planning. The oval pipe is a neat idea but I was only able to salvage the 9" I used on my frame or I would have streched it a little more without moving the seat back. The white walls are painted with rattle can I know that sounds Ghetto but it works great,I did this on a ratrod Goped Bigfoot I bulit a few years back and it worked good, the trick is to use good paint and only enough paint to cover {like two thin coats} and it works without cracking all over...I rode the Goped for over a year before I sold it and the tires looked as good as the day they were done!
