thank you sensor for your toughts but my bikes I build them before I had this tools .
I build them in my apartment with a grender a drill and a welder.
my bikes are made last winter .
and the tools what I show you now I build them in the last 2,3 weeks .
soon I will put pictures with my new projects using my new tools, and show you how they work.

hello guys I will show you my first pipes bend with my roll bender Image Image ImageImageImageImageImagehere you can see my tool room dont give me space to bend enaughImageImagehere when you bend a pipe you must to take in consideration minimum 300 mm lose pipe on the each side the distance of the midle roll and the side oneImageImagehere is the first check on the jigImageImageImageImageImageImagehere you can see the part what I need to cut and haw luck the pipe inside the circle .the pipe is 53 mm x1,5mm very strong pipe stinless still. I work 130 minutes to bend this pipe :oops:

here it is my new band saw .I can cut rings to 1,5 mm thick very precis sawImageImage

Last night I dont sleep good. and today I bought a drilling and milling machine :D now I can build some parts more easy,
like TORK ARMS FOR ELECTRIC HUB MOTORS,DROPS OFF etc.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImagecome more tools naw i have posibility to buildem more fast :D

hello guys it is time to put my tools to work. I will show you haw I build my first tork arm for my bike.

hello guys today I have picture with pipe cut with my notcher .I build my self a home made water cooling with a mini pool pump and a shower handel :D

the cutter will have a long life because the teeth of it never become hot an lose the powerImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
and the pipe fit perfectImageImage
my notcher is working perfect and I m very very happy with it :D :D :D
maybe I will start to build some tube notchers to sell :D :lol: :?:

hello hondataeh6 it is not a fix dimension you can have any dimension what you wish .
but if you like mine plates they are 200mm x 70,5mm x 15mm and 240mm x 60mm x 12mm :D
