TOOLS FOR BIKE BUILDERS

Hello guys
My name is Valy and I want to show pictures and talk about garage tools .
in this topic I will try to help bike builders and beginners to see and figure out how to build tools home ,with minimum cost and tools what you have home in the garage
I will show how I build my tools
and I will show picture from internet to give ideas how other tools look and what possibilities to build you have
I will start with tube notcher.
here I have some materials and tools to build my tube notcher

after i drill the plates I put them together

the axle support can be moved back and forth, up an down depends of the size of the pipe or angle cuthere you can see the other side of the plate with a cutter axle support mounted with 4 screws

here I put them together with middle screw to give possibility to turn the cuter plate in different angles .the other 4 screws are for stopping the plates from moving from the vibrationshere I have the axle for cutterhere I put the cutter on the axelhere you can see other angle of cuting
