she rode like a charm.This is now my daily ridder...out of everything on the bike the rear dropout was the biggest hit! also the suicied brakes worked great.

Sorry man none of the bikes will be with me on that ride. Cant take them on the plane with me.....you gotta remember im on the east coast :lol:

Your bike is nice---but if I may---your brake arm is ....mmmmmm...outa place.Those model A new departure hubs have that screw on the end to adjust the brakes.The arm should be below the stay or drop out and the screw should be put in from the other side---it turns the brake to adjust the disks---these are real old brakes 1920s---so it's no supprise to see it wrong.Just drop the arm and flip the screw---should improve the braking.
