Cool! How did you bend that tight radius for the seat mount?

actually it was a piece of 1/2" solid that was already bent like that thats laid around his shops for years.
It will be welded to 2 seatpost clamps so the seat can be slid forward and back on the top tube

I have had a few messages from people wondering if this build breaks the rules. what do you think? there is nothing even welded to the frame?

no way this build is totally legal you have added to the original frame which as long as the original structure is not modified then you can do whatever you want. sorta like last year when someone entered a folding bike because you could take it apart and make whatever for the center section it sort of skirted the rules. but what you are building here is straight up cool and legal beagle in my book

So your saying its not legal but it is lol in your shop when you sell an xtra cycle kit ita an accessory for a previously built bike isn't it? I know it pushes the limits but so do custom rear suspensions added dropouts and some of the other stuff and ontop of all of that is this will be a fully functional bike for a 6'5 guy

I don't see any frame alterations, only additions. :|
it's all about the bikes, man. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=50053
I was going to update my sig line, but I'm not seein' anything worth plagiarizing right now.
