Hello all! Thanks for letting me know about this forum. I hope it grows very fast and very big.
Though I haven't been able to build a bike in 2 years, I still have my collection. I moved for my job and they are almost all in storage as I don't have a building big enough to work on them anymore. But, I am working in it. I think I may have a photo or two of some of my old girls. Hope you don't mind if I post a couple. This is "Blood". I have a thing for the 62 Schwinn Twinbar frame. I have 3 or 4 of them. I had to stretch the rear to accomidate a 24X3 Dyno Fireball tire. I also had to install a washer on the crank so the chain would clear the tire. Great bike..... ![]() NOW YOU'RE THINKIN' WITH YOUR STICK SHIFT JIMMY!!!!!!

Hey CptDunsel,
That is one cool bike. Those are some interesting handle bars too. What did they originally come off of? Look forward to seeing more of your rides! Last edited by Rat Rod on Fri Sep 01, 2006 10:09 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Thanks-, I am enjoying your pics and I thank you for inviting me to join your forum. (Put me down for an XL T-shirt).
The bars are Schwinn ramhorns that I bought on the bay. They are pretty cool. I had a bike that I put a set of those on when I was a kid. I was just lucky to get them at the price I did. NOW YOU'RE THINKIN' WITH YOUR STICK SHIFT JIMMY!!!!!!

Re: Ratt Poison Chopper
WOW! But are your arms long enough? Ratmen!
If it's Wednesday! Time to visit the town dump!
I bet installing those wiggly bars was fun, hehe. That black one reminds me oif my black madwagon kustom somewhat. That thing was plain old evil looking though, hehe. Here's a pic,,,,,KR
I still have all the parts except the mooneyes sprocket, and electra forks. Maybe it's time for it to live once more, ![]() Make me a bicycle, Clown!! (wedding crashers)
Well if wants this exact frame, I have 2 for $5 each. dumpster diving since 1994
When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me. Emo Philips
Actually I still have that frame. I was wanting to build it on a shorter frame, since Madwagon frames tend to be REALLY tall like the one the pic. But, I never got around to it. You can see what I mean by the MW's being tall, by comparing it to the Schwinns in CptDunsels posts. The seat tube on the schwinn frame is about even with the top of the back tire/fender. The MW is 5-6 inches(or more) above that. Even with the seat at a comfortable pedaling height, I still had to lean over to even tiptoe the ground.,,,,KR
