I am currently looking for a bicycle to begin my build. There is a Schwinn shop in town, so I may have to swing by and see if they have an oldie for cheap. If not, it's to garage sales, junk yard, or the dreaded craigslist.
I am pretty surprised that my online name rattfink wasn't taken on this forum of all places. Pretty stoked, since I've had it for 12 years now. The name didn't originally come from the Ed Roth cartoon; but a Misfits song, which was a cover of a much earlier song called "RaggMopp".
