Now I just have to tie it together with some detail work. It rides even better than I could have imagined.

bighit,
That bike is a BEAST!
It...is...perfect!

Do those inverted brake levers give you enough stopping power with the drum brakes, just askin' you never know, right?

Another stellar entry from you sir!

Seriously....Only three votes and just about every bike I see is vote worthy!

This is a crazy nice bike. I love the style. Some bikes look like a mismatch of odd parts and some bikes like this one look like they are a well executed plan. Everything fits and adds to the build. In my mind this is what separates the big dogs from the pack.

Ilike the parts selection, could probably be a production bike.

Let's see if it gets picked up from the big guy like last years bikes.

And this was as easy for me as Supernaut. No fights like last year. The levers stop it ok for now but I will need to readjust them after the brakes bed in and cables stretch out. Not the perfect levers but I got to push it somewhere.

Can I get big dog status?

There is a lot of talent here and it's always a challenge to compete.

I love how the holes in the pedals compliment the rim holes. Maybe it's good I went with these not my original choice. And these are wide for my big feet also.

I may have to internally route that rear dérailleur cable also. I was waiting to see how it worked out first before drilling. All I do to shift is stop pedaling because the hub shifts while coasting. Reach back like I am reaching into my rear pocket and give it a twist. It only shifts 2-3 gears at once. After you give it a turn you have to pedal a bit and it shifts silently and instantly. Most of the time it will be in the low range which allows a nice cruising cadence.

And that seat height was perfect for cruising. I still got about 6" left in the tube for max height. All I do is get my Allen tool out and loosen the seat clamp and the one bolt on the grip shift and the post slides freely.

Multiple gears, seating adjustment and handlebar adjustment.
