Bike looks awesome! good to know about the shifter. I bought one of those for my Nexus, but haven't hooked it up yet. The clamp on mine is too small for the down tube. How did you get around that?

I found several sizes on e bay I think I searched shimano stick shifter clamp and I found a 1" and a 5/8" clamp
