Fat Tyer Flyer

Postby 1972ss on Tue May 01, 2012 11:34 am

Starting with a Colson Flyer, I plan to make a plain clean looking cruiser.Need to deside on a color for the frame and wheels.I may go with the original maroon with brick color tires and pedals.Need to get the brown paint off and smooth the welds.I will be using most of the original parts so it will be simple and clean.

Exactly how "fat" of a tire are we talking about? :D

Good luck!

I think I will use 26 x 2.25 , nothing too big because I want to keep the chainguard without having to cut it.

I love cutting chain guards, it's what I do for fun.

Aaaaarrrghhhh. That chain guard is pretty sweet the way it is.
I tried being serious, but it was boring.
