new departure Model F hub?????

got this hub in a box of parts last year.cant find anyting out about it online.Id like to figure out if its rare or whatever?

Not sure how rare it is. As it is apparently for motorcycles and tandems though I think it's safe to assume it is less common than the normal New Departure hubs.
