what the heck is this?

I got it at the jefferson WI car show and swap meet today for little money. I plan to use it for the build off, but I am curious to know what it is and I have no clue.

I don't know what it is, but the twin bar aspect of it is interesting. Should be a good base for your build off bike.

the four bars is what caught my eye. Am i allowed to start taking this apart if i'm using it for the build off? i might start that tonight if i can.

Ok, I found the serial #, I forgot to write it down :( I will get it down tomorrow and we can find out what year it is. Thanks for the info guys, Ross / fleeting. I'll do some research!!!

The sprocket, fork crown, and holes in the head tube are giveaways, it's definitely Ross made. Nice bike.
