1981 MOTOMAG - THE BLUE BIKE

Postby Rat Rod on Sun Mar 25, 2012 7:40 pm

So I managed to scrounge enough parts from the parts bin to put the blue 81 Motomag together this weekend.

I had a near mint set of Schwinn Scrambler wheels with Bendix 76 rear coaster and a Schwinn high flange hub up front.

Sugino snowflake chainring, Ashtabula crank, Messinger seat, Ashtabula stem, Motomag bars and Hunt Wilde grips.

Not overly crazy with the newer Kenda Comp II's, but I had a set on hand so what the hey. :P

You would be a good Boise State Fan with those bikes.

Looking good.

Wow, Just imagine what people would say if you showed up at the track with a RatRodBikes.com sticker in 1981.

BTW this is my 3000th post
