1/2 Six Pack Later...Finished?

Postby recycledbikez on Sun Jul 19, 2009 1:19 pm

I started with a 24" magna

Here it is setting together after powder coating

Here is the finished? bike. I used 26" mtn bike rims and tires, a bmx seat that I recovered with leather

Thanks to the mastermind who thought up this build off. I know there are a lot cooler builds but I had
a lot of fun putting this together. Next step is to load it on the bus and ride it on the infield at MIS.
anyone else gonna be camping in the infield for August NASCAR race at MI? Let me know.

Nice color combo, That's a good inflield racer.
If it's not been rusty what good is it?
NOS is cool, but rust is life.

YEAH!
You've build a VERY cool bike out something very uncool. The combination with green is not my cup'o'tea but I love the mustard/curry color. I'll bet it would look great with black or cream also. Looks like you put 26" wheels on a 24" frame. It works great. Good result!
