Removing the gold welds on a frame

Im going to strip my scrambler frame and do a bare metal muscle bike. But if it has the gold welds how do i remove them

You don't ....that is the brass that was used to braze(weld) the frame together.

I think the brass looks awesome. Check out the bare metal gallery for a bike that is brazed, it looks cool, shows how it was built, how it IS. Some guy heated that joint up hot, then flowed that brass in there. Cleaned it up and, sweet.

That flowed brass joint is nothing but pure class; SHOW IT OFF!
