Ok this is as low tech as you can get, I used a black marker on an old pair of yellowed whitewalls and just used the spokes for a guide.

This one has been sitting, as it ticked me off trying to finish it, so last night I dug it out and FINALLY got it done ...for the moment I ended up replacing the grips ,shifters, brake levers,brake calipers and the derailer. Now she rides really nice I still may change the seatpost but for now ready to ride.[url][url][/url][/url][url][/url]
