A couple of bikes from this past weekend.....

I scored this '79 Schwinn Heavy Duti from a cool chic that was leaving town and wanted me to have it. She tried CL it but IMHO was asking too much, (needed cash, who doesn't?) so I got it for what I could afford.





I got a kick out of this...
The bike was originally from Wisconsin, same as me...somehow made it down to Phoenix, same as me...we were meant for each other.



This next one is a Dunelt (?) English 3 speed.
This one was an example of people here in Phoenix OVER valuing old things...
Got it at an Estate Sale, they wanted $100.00..."We researched it and its worth $200.00 to $300.00"
Yeeeaaah....
Ladies "step through"...needs serious restoring... pedal arm is bent...and it ain't OG parts...
Got it at a fair price...






I wish they had the bike the grips came from...I would have been interested...
