This is what it looks like. I messed up on the very LAST step. I broke the bolt that mounts the front fender and speedo cable. So the fender is just sitting on the wheel. I swear they make bolts, in China, out of balsa wood......I changed as many as I could.....It's almost done! ........This thing runs sweet.

Nice ride Larry. I inherited my daughter's 2003 Honda Metro. I have to change the oil and the computer chip. You've just inspired me to get it done. :)

Do the Chinese ones come with a steel frame or did they copy Honda and make an aluminum front frame?
It doesn't matter what I paid for it, it matters what it's WORTH. I never buy anything I will regret KEEPING.

Well done Larry!

Will it be possible to upgrade the bolts, as shearing bolts at low torque settings can be a bit disconcerting, especially on a motor scooter.

Nonetheless, enjoy your new ride, you’ve earned it! 8)

Good, it sounded like a really painful men's disease.

I'm ready for action shots.

I got Mark/Kram to buy this one for me in Utah. He took it all apart and shipped it to
me in four boxes. I put it back together and stuck a 110cc auto motor on it. I love mine.

Put together and changed some.

Glad you got yours going. Should be fun. I know mine is

Yeah when they first brought them here they were 50cc and no shifting.
I picked up a new 110cc 4 speed automatic with and electric start for $200 and
I stuck that one on it when I put it back together. I have had a ball with mine.

I just love the styling, but I want to stay with under 50cc on anything I get so I won't have to get my motorcycle endorsement and insurance. I really need to get my motorized bike back together.
