Bike steering wheels

Postby Dave63 on Mon Jun 11, 2012 5:53 am

Does anyone remember these and are they valuable? Still around? Popular?

I remember the neighbor kid having a blue sparklie steering wheel on his bike and I thought it was insanely cool. He had his dad take it off. Thnking about maybe building a bike like I had as a kid, and putting it on....

Lowriders use'em all the time and the lowriderbike shops sell the small chainlink ones.
Or you can use a lowrider car 8" donut to be king of the neighbourhood.

I was thinking of one of those or at least a 58 Plymouth steering wheel for my Christine bike but both are too much for me.
