Postby udallcustombikes on Sat Apr 14, 2012 5:46 pm

Just want to wish all my fellow members the best of luck and safety with all the storms this evening. I looks to be a good one.

Ah, it's just another fine day/night of Kansas weather. No biggie.

If it’s too narrow then dig it more wide

The tornado sirens have already gone off twice here in Derby. There have been reports of tornados on the ground through out Kansas this afternoon and evening. The Wichita/Haysville/Derby area are in the crosshairs right now.

Stay safe guys. Hopefully I'm the only one that would be trying to strap a sail on a bike and break a land speed record....

Cameron tie those bikes down, and hide in that basement everything will be alright.
Good luck with all this weather, we have been warned about this all day too and we've not seen anything as of yet.
If it's not been rusty what good is it?

It is headed your way! Reports of tornado damage at my work. Our campus is really big and has numerous buildings so I am not sure of the extent. The storm cell that spawned this round is headed for pick and diabolical dork. Hang on tight guys!

I hope it all dies down so it won't damage Haysville for the swap coming up, and so it doesn't come up and hit us in Lawrence!

Why do we live in Kansas? :D
....Because storm chasing is too fun.
( just kidding, I'm too much of a wimp for that)

Dodged a bullet here in Benton, Sightings just a few miles east of us. Rained like crazy though. Got all the bikes in the baseent just in case, then remembered the family needed to be there also!!! (just kidding!) Hope all you bros down south are good & everything is ok.

And KickBack, you are exactly right! We don't even have to chase them, we can watch them from our front porch! I will take my chances with tornados (sp) anyday compared to earthquakes!

Cameron: Looks like Spirit took a major hit! Hope no one was hurt!
