The "Grand" shifter lever.

Postby bikebuilder on Thu Nov 19, 2009 10:17 pm

I don't have a use for it yet, but check out his cool drilled shifter lever I found bolted inside a 1920-1930's upright grand piano. 8) Okay, so it used to belong there, but the piano was no good so I salvaged parts to fix another piano and this cool shifter lever was left over. I am tempted to use it in my bug, but probably wont.

The back piano is the one it came from. I put it back together as a shell and may put an electric keyboard inside it. A ratrod piano.

If they come, I will build it.

Build an entire bike around the shifter and call it "Ragtime". Just an idea really. :)
