Up close this looks nothing like a newsboy. The front section is one fat u-shaped tube. I think its maybe borrowed from the industrial trike?

This bike was 6 bills easy when it was first bought. I have had two Worksmans cruisers that I bought and flipped. Ride comparison to a truck ride is on point. Rigid frame with heavy duty spokes will cause this. Not a a terrible ride at all just a little stiff. These bikes are built to take a lot of abuse.
