Looks maybe like Columbia built. Try to find some serial numbers either on the dropouts or the bottom bracket.

Looks like the chainguard reads 'Firestone', so I'd say it's a Monark, the only other co. to use that solid bridge between the seat post and rear stays. Columbia only made bikes for Good Year, as far as Tire stores go. -Adam

The tires are solid rubber, no inner tubes, and it has no serial numbers.
