What kind of bike is this?

This bike has no head badge. One of the gals I ride with got this bike from a neighbor and she wants to know what it is. The rack looks like what I remember was on one of my 60s Huffys but the chainring is not Huffy. I don't recognize the chainring. Looks like 60s - 70s pedals. It might have a newer seat? The bottom of the forks appear to be green while the luggage rack looks teal blue? Perhaps it was an older redo with new seat, pedals and rack with the paint changed?

I think it might be a Murray. I owned a Murray about 3 years ago and it had pointed dropouts. I don't recognize the springer or double top tubes. Could it be a Sears Roebuck Freightliner or a J.C. Higgins Freithtliner?

Murray made bike. It's a women's version of the Flightliner I think.

The plastic hubcap thing was the first thing that broke and disappeared.
